Exerpt: Champions aren't made in gmys. Champions are made from something they have deep inside them: A desire, a dream, a vision. They have to have last-minute stamina, they have to be a little faster, they have to have the skill and the will. But the will must be stronger than the skill.
Assignment: If you want to become an expert in a certain field, do you need to have more talent or more motivation.
Text:
Tere are many stars on the world and any of them haven't an easy way to become one. they are the world's elite in some fields, but what exactly make make them so special?
The first step to become a star is big self-confidence. You must believe in yourself and your ability. Without these values, you will only be a shadow of yourself and no medicin would help you out by then. Afterwards you must strive for success and hard-working. They are the base of the further base, to develop your ability. The important aid to reach this step is motivation. Strong and continuated motivation will increase your self-confidence and makes it possible to progress. Alghough most ppeople will agree that talent is the key of success. I have to object this these, for talent is truly a big delectable basement, but you cannot rely on your talent or be shocked if you haven't. Still hard-working is ever the check for fame. Talent is a value that is helpful in your way of developpement and thus it will help you to grow faster. Yet, if you don't try to push and to expand your abilities you will be eternally remaining on the same level. To compare for example two persons. One is super-talented, but he is very lazy and the other one is less talented, but very dilligentand willing to train hard. At the end, the star is the person who invests most or enough to compete with other elites. Talent doesn't play such a big role as many thinks, but something that you cannot influence will also be not self-developping.
After my argumentation i come to the end that thuogh talent is quite useful, there is still enough other factors who can change you into a champion - f.e. motivation.
